Saludos compañeros de FIS y del comité de solidaridad con el compañero César Zelada injustamente detenido en Bolivia. Aquí les mandamos el pronunciamiento que desde el día viernes venimos circulando en algunas organizaciones en Lima, sobretodo estudiantiles. Esperamos que sirva para darle más peso a la campaña internacional que ustedes han iniciado para liberar al compañero y que nosotros apoyamos desde el comité.

Dear Mr. President of Bolivia
I have been informed of the arrest in your country, of the Peruvian student leader César Zelada, on September 14th. This is unacceptable! Cesar Zelada is a known student leader and not a terrorist.
I demand the immediate release of this student. I hope you to do the best you can for the immediate release of Zelada. If not I"m obliged to open up this matter in the Greek and European society and to inform the people about the luck of respect of the democratic rights in your country.

To the bolivian Authorities responsible:
Since I heard of the imprisonment of Cesar Zelada I can not longer believe in the talk of a so called democratic republic in your country. I can not see any illegal action of Cesar Zelada.
As a democratic republic – the politicians in charge claim to be – Cesar Zelada has to be released immediately and without charge!
I must insist on his release instantly and send solidarity from Austria to César Zelada in particular and all the other bolivian marxists!

We have been informed of the arrest in your country, Bolivia, of the Peruvian student leader César Zelada, on September 14th.
César Zelada is a known student leader, who belongs to the Fuerza de Izquierda Socialista in Perú. He was recently in Europe on a political tour. He has not been arrested in Perú nor in Europe. In fact, it is very surprising to us that once again, that an activist of a social movement who is not persecuted in his own country is arrested in Bolivia.
We are extremely worried that this situation, in which the president of Bolivia thinks that he is not able to guarantee the respect for basic human rights of those who are in Bolivian territory, might became normal.
We appeal to your commitment to human rights and democracy, and we plead you to intervene as soon as possible so that Cesar Zelada is released and that all persecution of national and international social movement representatives ceases.

amigo cesar: soy uriel , un argentino de 24 años. me emociona hasta el fondo del corazon lo que estas haciendo por lo que vos crees que son los ideales de una sociedad nueva, mas solidaria, sin fisuras, (asi como yo tambien lo creo) espero que sigas en esa senda, muchos tildaron de locos a los genios, pero si seguimos atras de nuestros objetivos creeme que lo vamos a conseguir, porque como dijo el comandante che guevara podran cortar las flores pero nunca marchitar la primavera. Es por eso que siempre habrà alguien que seguira luchando por nuestros ideales, siempre crecera en esta sociedad capitalista la semilla del hombre nuevo, por una sociedad mas justa e igualitaria. Espero que se cumplan tus objetivos, asi como el de muchos hermanos latinoamericanos, y asi cuando se consigan nuestros objetivos, creeme que todavia voy a ser argentino pero en el fondo de mi corazon sere siempre LATINOAMERICANO
